New applicants should submit a CV accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a SCOPE member of their country of residence. If there is no SCOPE member for this country yet, any SCOPE member may be approached for a letter of recommendation. Membership will be decided upon at the yearly board meeting and names would be added to the website.
