SCOPE Meeting: Amsterdam / Leiden Oct 23 – Oct 25 2025


Program

The conference starts on Thursday, 23. October at the conference hotel Golden Tulip in Leiden.

14.30-15:00 Registration and Coffee, 15:00 Start of the scientific program until 20:00, then Dinner at Hotel Golden Tulip.

The scientific program will take place at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) on Friday and Saturday—we will walk there together after breakfast. The scientific program ends at 1 p.m. on Saturday, 25. October. This will be followed by lunch and social networking (see below).

We’ll have a bus picking us up to bring us to Amsterdam. We’ll do a boat tour, a stroopwafel making class (in 2 groups) and dinner in de Ysbreeker. There will be a bus to bring us back to the hotel (23.00h), but people can of course opt to stay and take a train back later.

General Information

The SCOPE meeting will be held at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Leiden (50min by bus from Airport Amsterdam) on Thursday, October 23th, 2025 starting at 4:30 pm CEST.

On Friday and Saturday, the congress will be held at the Leiden University Center.

The congress will end after breakfast on Sunday, October 26th, 2025.

The scientific program ends at 3:30 pm on Saturday, October 25th , followed by the networking event in Amsterdam.

We welcome applications from young scientists who would like to present their research in the field of
immunosuppressed patients. We support young scientists and cover all conference costs (excluding
travel expenses). Please send your application (abstract and CV) by mail.

Dress code: 
Smart casual for the meeting and dinners, stout walking shoes for the afternoon outings.

You will receive an automatic email instructing you on payment details
once bookings for the conference are made.
Once we will have received full payment, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
A certificate of attendance will be provided for you at the conference.
